Each group will be accompanied by 2 Baffin Safari guides, and 2 local Inuit guides.

  • Accommodation in Pond Inlet (double occupancy)

  • Daily excursions by snowmobile and komatik

  • All meals after arrival in Pond Inlet and prior to departure.

Not Included

  • Flights to and from Ottawa.

  • Accommodation in Ottawa

  • Flights to & from Pond Inlet ( we are happy to assist with special rates and bookings).

  • Tips, gratuities, personal expenses.

  • Travel, medical and evacuation insurance coverage.

  • Any unforeseen additional costs associated with weather and/or layovers in Iqaluit or Ottawa including flight changes, additional hotels and meals.

Insurance

All Baffin Safari guests will be required to have both full medical insurance and insurance for emergency evacuation and search & rescue coverage. Trip cancellation / interruption insurance and personal property insurance are also very strongly recommended.
