Each group will be accompanied by 2 Baffin Safari guides, and 2 local Inuit guides.

Inclusions

  • Accommodation in Arctic Bay (double occupancy)

  • Daily excursions by snowmobile and komatik through the Admiralty Inlet region and to the floe edge for adventure photography.

  • All meals after arrival in Arctic Bay and prior to departure.

  • Expert Baffin Safari expedition guides, including local Inuit guides.

  • All transportation while on the expedition.

Not Included

  • Flights to and from Ottawa.

  • Accommodation in Ottawa (we are happy to assist with special rates and bookings).

  • Flights to & from Arctic Bay (again, we are happy to assist with special rates and bookings).

  • Tips, gratuities, personal expenses.

  • Travel, medical and evacuation insurance coverage.

  • Any unforeseen additional costs associated with weather and/or layovers in Iqaluit or Ottawa including flight changes, additional hotels and meals.

Insurance

All Baffin Safari guests will be required to have both full medical insurance and insurance for emergency evacuation and search & rescue coverage. Trip cancellation / interruption insurance and personal property insurance are also very strongly recommended.
